Martin Knights is the founder of Coaching-4-Schools and is an experienced and versatile coach who instinctively looks for the good and upside in every situation. As a former Royal Marine and Senior Educational Leader, he brings a unique blend of skill, experience and expertise to the table. He is versatile, solution focussed and is constantly seeking ways to learn and develop new skills to become a more efficient coach. He deploys a developed understanding of human and team behaviour and this allows him to provide effective coaching and support. He enjoys working with school leaders and their leadership teams striving to embed their authentic and inspiring leadership presence to enable extraordinary commitment and positive outcomes throughout the school community.

Jenny is a qualified executive coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC, and brings over 15 years of experience in educational leadership, including roles such as Deputy Headteacher, Advanced Skills Teacher and Nursery Director. Passionate about integrating coaching into education, Jenny works with leadership teams to develop coaching cultures that enhance collaboration and performance. With a genuine belief in the power of authenticity, she creates safe, non-judgemental spaces for reflection, empowering others to lead with confidence. Her calm, intentional presence inspires transformative change, enabling individuals and teams to thrive. Committed to lifelong learning, she fills her time with undertaking research for her upcoming Routledge book on embedding coaching in Early Years settings.

Chanel Hicks is a former school leader and professional coach with over 12 years of experience in one-to-one and team coaching within schools. Having worked extensively with both teachers and students, Chanel has made significant contributions to the development and enhancement of educational practices in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her coaching expertise spans a broad spectrum, including personalised coaching sessions and team-oriented workshops, all focused on 'purpose', fostering growth and effectiveness in educational environments. Chanel’s work is characterised by her commitment to empowering individuals and groups to achieve their full potential, leveraging her extensive experience to drive meaningful and sustainable improvements.
